Rio Vista, CA Minstrel Show    

 I found records of a minstrel show in Rio Vista, CA in 1954. The event in billed as the "third" annual. I can find no records of a show in 1955 or 1956. The following are scans from the River News Herald. It looks the the Eagles were a white's only organization well into the 1970s [Archive link]
